How to Raise a Complaint

A friendly tree removal provider talking with a homeowner in a Fremont front yard

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Sensitiveanyone Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • How your call or contact with Sensitiveanyone Tree Service went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please know that Sensitiveanyone Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@sensitiveanyone.garden and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm that we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
